Oh don’t we love those, “Bitch don’t you wish you was with me now” type of records. Its the most hilarious reality check to those who passed up on someone who was bound and dedicated to make it. CharlieRED, consisting of producer Cobaine Ivory and singer Rocki Evans, have been making waves across the music blogs with their latest EP release, “Religion”. We hear so much about the music, but we never get to see the men behind it. AG gets a chance to talk to the young cats introducing who they are, and what they’re bringing into the music game.
Naledge has been doing so much solo work, we almost kinda forgot about Kidz In The Hall. Yea we’re completely lying and is thrilled to see some music from the duo. ‘No Doz‘ serves as the first single to their upcoming project, ‘Wishful Drinking‘ dropping April 2nd
Also check out their second single, “Tonight” featuring Yonas Michael.

Congratulations to the artists selected on this year’s XXL Freshmen list. The cover looks amazing and inspirational. If you haven’t seen or heard who made the cover, these are the list of people: Schoolboy Q, Trinidad Jame$, Joey Bada$$, Ab-Soul, Logic, Action Bronson, Kirko Bangz, Travi$ Scott, Dizzy Wright (10 Spot People’s Champion Winner), Angel Haze, and Chief Keef (“The 11th Freshman”).
Every year there is always a massive debate as to who is getting it, when it comes to upcoming music. XXL probably takes one of the biggest hits, because they are the ones who actually let the people vote and decide. There are no heavyweights at a round table judging who’s going to be the next star. It’s always been said, if you don’t like what you hear, don’t support it. You can’t be surprised if you see a famed 15 minutes goes past an hour, if all you do is talk about that person or their music. So, for years of debates, controversy, and questionable covers, I think XXL has got the 2013 issue right this time.
Running a blog that showcases nothing but upcomers and undergrounders, it great to see that people are looking past what’s on tv and on the radio, and delving a little bit deeper into what’s coming up next. I can personally say that each person on this cover has been working their ass off, grinding, making a name for themselves, perfecting their craft, and giving good memorable music to the public. I can stand by my statement because well… they all have been featured on Anonymously Gifted! You can search any name on this cover, and 90% of the content will show up.
To see the people that we’ve been pushing for years, out grow the anonymous tag to gaining exposures in magazines, is an accomplishment. We WILL continue to put forth the effort to bring amazing up and comers for years to come. Everyone deserves a shot in life. Thank you to XXL and congratulation to the Class of 13.
AG must be doing something right……..
