After a bit of a delay, BET and Hot 97 releases the anticipating Biggie Smalls Cypher. Featuring NY’s own Lil Cease, NORE, Joell Ortiz, Maino, Uncle Murda, Fred Da Godson, and Joey Bada$$; who had the best set?
I think this is the first freestyle I ever heard from the Zombies. It’s interesting to see the different types of style that each member has, yet it meshes so well together to form this group. Enjoy the words of Meech,Juicee and Eric Arc Elliot with this Showoff Radio freestyle.

If you have missed this past concert at SOBs, you missed one hell of a night. Ab-Soul graced the stage with some friends in attendance. Jay Rock, ScHoolboy Q, Kendrick Lamar, Smoke Dza, A$AP Rocky and Joey Bada$$ all made an impressionable performance throughout the night. But the night definitely wasn’t over.
AG got to sit down with Soul after the show, to talk about the pivotal moment in his career, upcoming ventures, the next Detox album, and more.
*Please excuse the sound quality, as it is our very first video interview.

J.Nolan and Ducko McFli recently joined in a freestyle episode of ATL’s Pass The Mic. The other artists include Riez and CJ The Fly Guy.
Nolan will be debuting new music in a few weeks. He will be launching a music campaign called #DistinguishYourself, promotion for his next project ‘Distinction‘ due in the Spring. The campaign also represents a little source of encouragement for all of us striving to progress without trying to be a carbon copy of someone else’s blueprint.

This is probably the dopest Lauryn Hill cover I ever heard. BarrelhouseBKLYN’s Slick Jackson releases some unreleased gems from the vault; this one showcasing Jennah Bell’s acoustic cover of Lauryn Hill’s Doo Wop (That Thing) from the comfort of her home.
We are getting closer and closer to Eric Bellinger’s ‘Born II Sing Vol. III‘ release, and his leaks are getting more fantastically ridiculous by the week. In this portion of the campaign, he does a live cover of Jon B’s, ‘They Don’t Know‘ and gets a Reek Da Villain feature produced by Da Internz. What a glorious day for music.
