She definitely deserves to be called the female The Weeknd. Tinashe’s chilling yet dreamily euphoric mixtape “In Case We Die”, is not about your usual emo images of music. Instead she has a message behind the project. She hopes it make lovers and all others appreciate the time that we have left on Earth – before it may be too late. Something I can definitely relate to at this stage in my life.
The conceptual mixtape comes from an inner sanctum of heartache and vibrant love – an emotional cocktail bound to produce powerful art. Tinashe spent eighteen straight days working on the project, which she wrote, produced, and recorded herself, in the confines of her bedroom.
